Dan joined TFP as a Financial Planner in September 2018, he was made a Director in March 2021
He has worked in financial services since 2005, specifically in investment management, where he has held senior sales and management positions in the City with some of the largest global asset management companies.
Dan is passionate about delivering life-centered financial planning to clients, ensuring that there money is managed in a way that enhances there lives and allows them to spend time on what’s most important. He loves working with clients that work in Banking and Fund Management that are 5-10 years away from retiring to their ideal life.
He specialises in creating life-centered financial plans and income withdrawal strategies that allow clients to take full advantage of their ‘window of spending opportunity’ and spend their money and time on what’s most important, before its too late.
Dan at home
Dan has been happily married to Diane since 2009. They have two daughters: Gracie, who was born in 2008, and Olivia, who was born in 2011.
Dan is sports mad, with a particular love for golf and currently plays to a 7 handicap. He also was a keen cricketer in his youth cricket and played to county 2nd XI standard and has spent a year in Australia as an overseas professional.
The important stuff
We have approved all of our Financial Planners as required under the FCA’s certification regime.
Furthermore, all advisers must have an up-to-date Statement of Professional Standing (SPS). This shows they are suitably qualified and have carried out the required amount of Continuous Professional Development (CPD).
