As the nights start to draw in it’s been another busy and productive few weeks here at TFP. A reminder that we’re here if you need us – so even as further restrictions loom, please get in touch for a chat if you’d like to discuss any aspect of financial planning.
Email email@example.com or call us on 01621 851563.
This month, read about a new member of the TFP team, sign up for our next free webinar, and find out how our clients have been helping to spread the word about the benefits of REAL financial planning.
A warm welcome to Kerry, our new paraplanner
It’s been an exciting time of growth for our business, and only last month we shared the news that Jake had joined TFP as a Technical Administrator.
Now, we’re delighted to also welcome Kerry Shillingford who has joined us as a paraplanner. Our paraplanners create, prepare, and implement financial plans for our clients, and they also support our financial planners in areas such as tax, legislation, and products.
Kerry will bring extensive knowledge and experience to the team as we continue to serve more clients. Her main responsibilities will include:
- Undertaking financial research and comparisons
- Preparing analytical reports
- Supporting our financial planners.
Kerry says: “Having joined TFP Financial Planning I bring more than 30 years of knowledge and experience to an already dynamic team. When I am not working, I like to relax by walking my dog (an English bullmastiff) and watching my beloved Gloucester rugby team.”
Register for our free webinar
After the success of our most recent event, we’re hosting a free webinar next month where we will be dispelling some of the common myths about wills, gifting, and estate planning.
The ‘Inheritance Tax (IHT) myth-busting’ webinar will take place from 10.30am to 12.00pm on 10 November. We will be joined on the webinar by estate planning experts Lorna Bastian (Aquabridge Law) and Sue Byrne (Sovereign Wills & Estate Planning) so this is certainly not one to miss.
During the webinar you’ll learn
- How to minimise the tax paid on your estate
- What the seven-year rule is
- How to make the best use of gifting
- What you can and can’t do with your home
- What trusts are, and why they aren’t always the answer
Register for the free webinar here, and we look forward to seeing you on 10 November.
Referring colleagues, family, and friends to TFP
Our clients understand the huge value that REAL financial planning adds. So, it’s perhaps no surprise that many of our clients are passionate advocates for our services.
In recent weeks, we have started to work with several new clients who our existing contacts referred to us. It is wonderful to hear that our clients and connections are speaking about us in such glowing terms and it is encouraging to see that these recommendations have resulted in more people being able to benefit from what REAL financial planning can help them achieve.
We know that the world is going to present many challenges going forward and whether you are a business owner or executive your financial future is going to be at the centre of some potentially big decisions and choices.
We know that REAL Financial Planning changes lives and we’re always delighted to hear from new clients who have been referred to us. So, if you think that you, your family, your friends, your colleagues or anyone else you know would benefit from a no-obligation, free conversation then please do not hesitate to contact us to arrange a time to chat.
Just ask them to email firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 01621 851563.
