Job Description

The Role

Our paraplanners are the technical engine of TFP.
You’ll work closely with our Financial Planners to research, calculate, design and document robust planning strategies. This is not a box-ticking role — you’ll be thinking, challenging, refining and improving recommendations.
You will:
  • Generate advice documentation to a high technical standard
  • Carry out complex technical calculations
  • Write detailed, client-friendly technical reports
  • Utilise the latest software to support research and modelling
  • Contribute to improving systems and processes
  • Maintain strong compliance and governance standards

Essential

  • Diploma qualified
  • Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, tax and protection

Desirable

  • Chartered or CFP qualified
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a paraplanner
  • Experience using Voyant, Timeline, platforms and modern tech stacks

Job Description

The Role

Our planners are relationship-builders, life-architects and long-term partners to our clients.
You’ll deliver exceptional ongoing service to both existing and new clients, using our trademarked WealthGPS™ process to create clarity, structure and confidence in their financial lives.
You will:
  • Deliver high-quality, ongoing financial planning
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and their families
  • Utilise WealthGPS™ to structure advice conversations
  • Work collaboratively with paraplanners and client experience managers
  • Identify opportunities to deepen client value (not chase product sales)
  • Uphold the highest professional standards

Essential

  • Diploma qualified
  • Strong track record in delivering regulated financial advice

Desirable

  • Chartered or CFP qualified
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Financial Planner
  • Experience delivering ongoing planning rather than transactional advice

Job Description

The Role

This is not a standard administrator position.
You’ll sit at the intersection of client service and technical delivery, ensuring our advice process runs seamlessly.
You’ll be confident speaking to clients and providers, drafting technical correspondence and supporting the implementation of advice.
You will:
  • Communicate clearly with clients (virtually and in person)
  • Liaise effectively with providers and platforms
  • Submit and manage new business
  • Administer income strategies and platform instructions
  • Draft technical client letters
  • Carry out simple technical calculations to support advice files
  • Utilise modern software to improve efficiency and accuracy

Essential

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in financial services administration
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Desirable

  • Experience using Plannr, Voyant, Timeline, Transact, Fundment
  • Exposure to income strategies and retirement planning administration
