Introducing Lucy!

It’s hard to believe it’s already been two months since I started my role as a Client Experience Manager Apprentice at TFP.  These first few months have been a whirlwind of learning, adapting to a new environment, and finding my feet in an industry that’s both challenging and incredibly rewarding. As I reflect on my journey so far, I’m proud to share that I was recently named Star of the Month—a recognition I hadn’t anticipated so early in my career here.

What’s even more exciting is that, alongside my day-to-day responsibilities, I’m also studying through my apprenticeship, further enhancing my knowledge and skills to better serve our clients and grow within this profession.

One of the most fulfilling aspects of my role has been the opportunity to build relationships with our clients. These are people who have spent years building their wealth and are now looking to us to help them manage and preserve it as they approach retirement and beyond.

One of the things that has made this transition so much smoother—and genuinely enjoyable—is the warmth and support I’ve received from the team. From day one, everyone was incredibly welcoming, making me feel like part of the family. In a firm like ours, where we handle sensitive financial matters and work with high-net-worth clients, the pressure can sometimes feel intense. But the team’s approach has been all about collaboration and support.

Whether it’s answering my endless questions, offering advice, or simply making sure I’m comfortable with new tasks, the team has been exceptional. It’s clear that the culture here isn’t just about getting the job done—it’s about lifting each other up, sharing knowledge, and making sure everyone succeeds. It’s been great to know that I have such experienced professionals to turn to, and I’m incredibly grateful for how inclusive and supportive everyone has been.
